Client Policies
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of scheduled appointments. While we strive to be flexible and accommodating, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A deposit of £50 is required upon booking treatment, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. These policies help us maintain the integrity of our schedule and ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all our clients.
